ENRIQUE I. "GUERO" ROMAN, passed away Thursday, June 22, 2006 in a local hospital. He was born on June 16, 1940 in Smeltertown, TX. He was a lifelong resident of El Paso, TX and a member of the Catholic Church. He is preceded in death by his mother Rafaela D. Roman. Enrique is survived by his 3 sons: Ralph, wife Bibi; Enrique and Allen. Daughters Elsa and Eva. Granddaughters: Brianna Pazos and Ninah Roman. His father Santos Roman Sr., wife Bertha. Brothers: Tony "Mickey" (Mona), Sam (Yolanda), Jimmy (Patty), Javier (Susie), and Ralph (Lupe). Aunt: Soledad "Chole" Long. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be Monday from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina. Vigil Service will be Monday at 7 p.m. at Hillcrest Chapel. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, June 27, 2006 at 11:30a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church. Family members will serve as pallbearers. Interment will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery.
