NORIEGA Eduardo "Lalo" Noriega Sr., 86 passed away June 12, 2011. He was a lifelong resident of El Paso and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Survivors include his sons, Eduardo Noriega Jr., Alfred Noriega, Ralph Noriega, daughters, Norma Quintana, Esther Tibuni, Barbara Segura, Monica Noriega and several grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 15, 2011 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Martin Funeral Home Central, 3839 Montana Ave. with the Vigil at 7:00 P.M. Funeral Mass will be Thursday, June 16, 2011 at 9:45 A.M. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery.
