Agustin De La Cruz
Agustin
De La Cruz, 75, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2009 in El Paso, Texas. After he
proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for 23 years, he
returned home as a retiree. Agustin was an active member of the American Legion
where he was well known and loved. He loved food, UTEP Miner's sports,
baseball, and was an avid Dodgers fan. Spending quality time with his family
and friends was his priority and joy. Mr. De La Cruz is survived by his son,
Roberto De La Cruz; daughters, Rosa Price and Renée Orfanos; 8 granddaughters.
Other survivors include his brothers, Filomeno, Ramón, Francisco, Jesus, Angel,
José; sisters, Micaela and Concepcion. Visitation will be held on May 30, 2009
from 11:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. at Mt. Carmel Funeral Home Chapel with eulogy at
12:00 Noon; interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery with Retiree Military
Honors at 2:00 P.M.
